Delivery:

Refunds:

If you want to file for a refund you must know about the suitable conditions under which you can do so. These are:

Cancellation.

If you want to cancel an order due to any reason you must do it within three hours of payment as after that time slot the package is forwarded to the shipping department and hence no refund will be issued until you receive the order & file for a return.

No reception.

If the customer does not receive the order within 21 days of payment due to misplacement of the products in shipping, he can register a refund request. But, in the following cases, we do not issue refunds:

  • The customer changes address.
  • The customer gives us a wrong address.
  • The order is delivered to the correct address but there is no one to claim.

Ineffective products.

We provide 100% guarantee for our drugs. hence if any customer feels that the products he has received are not up to the standard mark, he should register his complain with us & he will be valid for a full refund, given that he returns the package in an undamaged condition just like he received them in. if the products returned are damaged in any way or are unsalable, we are not liable to pay any refund.

The refund is processed to the same account through which the payment was made. It generally takes 1 working day since we receive the returned package.

Reshipment:

We provide a reshipment for those products which are either delayed or damaged during the shipment process. Customers are advised to inform the 24*7 support agents about the delay in delivery either by phone call or email and they will check into the matter. If the shipment is lost on the way, we arrange an immediate reshipment for that order.

In case of the shipment containing damaged products also, we provide the customers with the services of free reshipping or an option of refund depending upon the condition of the pills received & the quantity which is reported to be damaged.
